ƒThe Eiffel Tower.

Puddled iron tower, 10 000 tons, including masonry foundations, 324 meters high, the master piece the Universal Exhibition in Paris in 1889, celebrating the first centenary of the French Revolution.

Three levels: 1st level 57 m, 2nd level 115 m, and 3rd level 276 m. 1710 steps from the base to the top.

Built between January 1887 and March 1889, by 250 workers, from 18,038 prefabricated parts, assembled on site with 2.5 million rivets.

Repainted every 7 years by 25 specialists, requires 60 tons of painting each time.

Classified as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1991.

The most visited pay access monument in the world, about 7 million visitors per year.
